If you want to experience the life in Dubai or UAE before it became the city it is today, a desert safari trip is a must. Our desert safari trip includes spending a few hours time in a Bedouin-style tent, right in the middle of the desert. 

The tour begins with our vehicle picking you up from your home or hotel and driving you down to the outskirts of the desert. Here starts your exciting desert journey in a 4 X 4 Land Cruiser that would take you on a dune bashing ride. Experience your adrenaline going high up while the sand sweeps around your vehicle and you cascade on the steep sand dunes. 

Once you arrive at the desert campsite, you can enjoy your time by riding a camel, smoking a flavored shisha, drinking the traditional Arabic coffee, enjoying the captivating belly dance and Tanura dance. Do not miss the chance to take some breathtaking pictures of the desert in your camera, especially during sunset. The colors of the setting sun on the sands would leave you mesmerized. 

Apart from this, you can try out the traditional costumes, get a henna tattoo and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner. After dinner, you would be dropped back to your place of stay.

Transportation:

Airport transfers and inter-city transfers between Dubai. This could include private or shared transfers, depending on the package.

Guided tours and activities as per the itinerary, such as island hopping tours, city tours, temple visits, cultural experiences, and water sports activities. 

Meals:

Daily breakfast at the hotels is typically included.

Some day package may also include lunch or dinner during full-day tours or specific activities.

English-speaking Guide:

Services of an English-speaking guide for guided tours and activities, providing insights into local culture, history, and attractions.

Travel Insurance:

Basic travel insurance coverage for the duration of the tour, including medical emergencies and trip cancellations (coverage may vary depending on the package).

Customer Support:

Assistance from a local tour operator or travel agency representative throughout the duration of the tour for any inquiries or assistance needed.

 

Exclusions

  • TCS is not mentioned in the rates

  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

 

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
